Infrastructure
Smaller class size, creative classrooms, interactive toys, availability of natural lighting and
proper ventilation ensure good comfort for teachers to impart knowledge and assess each student separately.
Library
As on date, more than 2000 (Two Thousand) valuable course books, reference books,
Maps, Guides are kept in order for use of students and teachers. One experienced
teacher is in-charge of the Library. A separate complete Library with a spacious
reading room will be available shortly for the users. This Library contains more
than 1500 books and 450 magazines to enhanced the knowledge of the student.
Laboratory
Computer LAB
Functioning in a dust free well furnished room, this lab is equipped with 15 Systems
with net connections. One technical sound and qualified teacher imparts hands-on-
knowledge to the students from Class IV to Class X. This lab accommodates 30 students
in a session. Steps are being taken for a modernized and bigger computer lab shortly.
Some activity classes are done through projector. There are 37 systems with net connections
for +2 science student
Science LAB
It is functioning under proper supervision of 3(three) well trained Science Teachers.
Almost all required apparatus are available for the students from Class VI to Class
X to do various experiments. Also for +2 science students Botany, chemistry, Physics,
Zoology lab are used for practical.
SPORTS
Unlike other schools, our Shishu Mandir provides manifold sports and games for development
of physical and mental strength of the students. Two Teachers with specially trained
are looking after for better prospective of the students in various competitions
up to national level.
In regular schedule, every class has 2 periods for games wherein Yoga, Pranayam,
Asan, Surya Namaskar, Pyramid, Drills, Various exercises along with routine games
like Kabadi, Kho Kho, Volley, Badminton etc. are taught. In the Annual Sports, more
than 60 events are played.
