SARASWATI VIDYA MANDIR, (RESIDENTIAL) KESHAVDHAM, GATIROUTPATENA, CUTTACK is a first Residential school of SHIKSHA VIKASH SAMITI,ODISHA and Recognised by Govt. of Odisha from Class VI to Class-X . The school was established on 19.06.1986 and present Acharyas are devoted to teaching from Class- VI to Class-X students. The course curriculum prescribed by the School and Mass Education Department is adopted in the school. In order to acquire extra knowledge, courses curriculum designed by Shiksha Vikash Samiti, Odisha are also offered here. The school providing the proper education for the benefits of the people irrespective of caste, creed, community or religion with based on Indian tradition and culture. After successfully completing glory and tradition of its education up to Class X ,the school ventured to start +2 science higher secondary school on 05.12 .2013 naming SARASWATI VIDYA MANDIR RESIDENTIAL SCIENCE HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL when it was the ardent need of the pupils. This higher secondary school (+2 Science)has already spent its journey overcoming all obstacles and impediments but it imparts quality education to all the students irrespective of caste,creed,community or religion. It’s motto is to provide exceptional learning opportunities that are enhanced by using technological resources. Permanent teachers are devoted to teaching in the higher secondary school. In addition to this ,renowned and retired professors are willingly teaching here as guest faculties and giving their best efforts for the betterment of the students. This school is located on the bank of the sacred and biggest river Mahanadi having holistic atmosphere free from all the din and bustle of town.
